Anti-Graffiti Powder Coat Finishes from Hapco Protect Street Light Poles

Hapco

Hapco has developed an Anti-graffiti Powder Coating that protects against vandalism, ensuring that streetscapes remain beautiful and well-maintained. Should graffiti be placed on street light poles, the anti-graffiti coatings offer superior protection and enable easy cleanup using readily available solvents. The powder coat finish significantly reduces maintenance costs and preserves the visual integrity of public spaces.

Building on Hapco’s commitment to excellence, the Anti-Graffiti finish is applied using the company’s state-of-the-art powder coating operations. The process utilizes weather-resistant TGIC polyester thermoset powders, electrostatically applied and oven-cured to a minimum dry film thickness of 2.0 mils. This ensures long-lasting protection and durability in various environmental conditions.

Hapco’s Anti-Graffiti Powder Coat Finishes meet the rigorous AAMA 2604 standard, known for its superior gloss, color retention, and weathering capabilities. This compliance guarantees exceptional exterior durability, UV resistance, and resistance to scratching, chipping, and peeling.

The Anti-Graffiti finish is available across Hapco’s extensive range of aluminum light poles and streetscape products. Customers can choose from standard colors or opt for custom RAL and specialty colors to match specific project requirements.
