LightArt Introduces the New Acoustic Dial Fixture and Colors

LightArt

LightArt has announced the Acoustic Dial, a new fixture added to the award-winning Acoustic Collection. This launch introduces an acoustical lighting fixture with four new felt colors, showcasing the company’s commitment to creating solutions that seamlessly combine form, function, and performance. Designed to address both design and acoustic challenges, the Acoustic Dial offers an innovative option for interior spaces.

“Our Acoustic LA2 Fixtures are a testament to LightArt’s mission to balance aesthetics and functionality,” said Edwin Vice, Director of R&D. “We designed these fixtures to empower architects and designers with contemporary forms that enhance visual and acoustic comfort, fostering environments that are as beautiful as they are comfortable.”

New Acoustic Fixture Designed for Impactful Spaces

The Acoustic Collection introduces the Acoustic Dial, a versatile addition featuring two style options: open or closed. These new fixtures expand LightArt’s offerings with customizable size options and colors, and were created to enhance speech clarity and minimize noise distractions in open or shared spaces.

  • Acoustic Dial (Closed Style): A sophisticated drum pendant encircled by acoustic felt fins, bringing a touch of modern elegance to any space.
  • Acoustic Dial (Open Style): A bold, open-center pendant with a striking zero-like silhouette that captures attention and reduces ambient noise.

Both styles draw inspiration from LightArt’s LA2 Essentials and Acoustic Echo fixtures and are designed with meticulous attention to detail, offering:

  • Fully enclosed diffusers to prevent dust and debris accumulation.
  • Three size options to suit diverse spaces: 37” Dia x 11.5” H, 45” Dia x 11.5” H, and 59” Dia x 11.5” H.
  • Fin shapes in curved, straight, or angled options for maximum versatility.
  • Sustainable materials, including Red List Free Sola Felt made from 50% post-consumer recycled PET, PVC-Free Powercords, and TGIC-Free Powdercoat finishes.
  • Certifications like GreenGuard Gold and Declare label compliance.
  • A range of lighting options with color temperatures from 2700K to 4000K and CRI ratings of 80 & 90.

Expanded Color Palette

In addition to the new fixtures, LightArt has expanded its Acoustic Collection with four new felt colors: Burgundy, Cinnamon, Vanilla, and Lilac. These additions bring the total palette to 30 colors, giving designers a range of hues and the ability to harmonize lighting and interior aesthetics. The new colors reflect LightArt’s dedication to offering vibrant, customizable options that support any design vision.

Designed for Diverse Spaces

The Acoustic Collection reflects LightArt’s ongoing commitment to addressing the evolving design and lighting challenges in a variety of spaces, including workplaces, multifamily residential, and hospitality spaces. Easily integrating into a variety of interior styles, these fixtures meet sustainability goals, making them ideal for projects seeking LEED, WELL, and LBC certifications.

With Acoustic Dial, LightArt continues to push the boundaries of design, offering solutions that enhance both aesthetics and functionality. As LightArt remains dedicated to advancing the future of commercial lighting, the Acoustic Collection is a testament to the brand’s commitment to sustainability, innovation, and the evolving needs of contemporary spaces.
