HALO Expands Outdoor Portfolio with High-Output FGS Security Floodlights

The new HALO FGS Series Ultra-Bright Outdoor LED Security Floodlight from Cooper Lighting Solutions, a Signify business, combines up to 6,000 lumens of output, five selectable color temperatures, and advanced 360-degree motion detection in a single outdoor security lighting platform.

Designed for residential and light commercial applications, the fixture is intended to address a wide range of perimeter, entryway, driveway, and site-lighting requirements.

For security-focused applications, the integrated DualTech motion sensing system combines 360-degree coverage with look-down detection designed to eliminate blind spots directly beneath the fixture. Detection coverage extends up to 50 feet, making the luminaire suitable for driveways, walkways, building perimeters, loading areas, and other outdoor spaces where visibility and automatic operation are priorities. Sensitivity and timeout settings can also be adjusted to accommodate site-specific requirements.

The FGS Series is engineered for long-term outdoor performance with a rugged die-cast housing and UV-resistant lens designed to withstand exposure to weather and sunlight. The fixture supports wall or eave mounting and incorporates a quick-connect wiring harness intended to simplify installation. Universal 120-277V input further expands application flexibility across residential and light commercial projects. Long-life LEDs provide up to 50,000 hours of operation.

The FGS Series further expands HALO’s outdoor offering with a configurable security lighting solution that combines high output, selectable performance, and advanced motion detection in a single platform.
