Eureka Announces Accessories for Scout Luminaire

Eureka Scout

Eureka, an Acuity Brands company, has announced the enhancement of its Scout family with the introduction of new accessories and a new color palette.

Three new diffusers have been introduced. Bell is minimalist, translucent and cloche-shaped. Pebble introduces a soft touch and an ambient glow in a distinct, oval-shaped diffuser. Orb is sleek and dome-shaped, adding a touch of roundness to the original Scout shape. Both Pebble and Orb can be combined with Flare, a new shade that adds volume and dimension with sharp angles, giving Scout an industrial feel.

Cylindrical in shape, Scout has a simple, clean aesthetic with no visible seams or hardware. It is available in two diameters (2.75″ and 4.5″) and three lengths (6″, 10″, and 18″). Mounting options include ceiling, surface, stem, and cable mount. The Scout cylinder is also now available in a new color palette that includes 12 premium colors, two metallics—champagne and silver, and standard black or white. These colors may be selected, mixed or matched with the Flare shade.

The introduction of new accessories and colors, gives designers access to multiple combinations with color, size, functionality, and geometry to create a bold statement in hospitality environments, offices, meeting spaces, lounges, or reception areas.

Scout is available in regular and high output options. Output will vary depending on the accessory selected and can range between 1000 and 1830 lumens.
