MaxLite Hires Amber Headley as VP/Sales – South Region

As part of its new C&I regional sales alignment across the North, South, and West, Jersey-based MaxLite has hired Amber Headly as Vice President of Sales – South Region, leading the Southeast and South Central markets.

Headley brings more than 15 years of industry experience across lighting manufacturing and electrical distribution, including leadership roles with City Electric Supply. She is known for her strong customer relationships, market expertise, and ability to drive growth through partnership. She is also actively engaged in industry organizations and events including NAED and NEMRA.

“This regional alignment allows us to be closer to our customers and more responsive in the market,” said Dwight Kitchen, CRO. “Amber’s leadership will be instrumental as MaxLite continues to expand in the South Region.”
