SKYX Smart Lighting Products Help Elevate Amenities for 3 Florida Luxury Condo Projects

SKYX Platforms Corp. will start supplying more than 12,000 smart plug & play products – including ceiling outlet receptacles, lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, recessed lights, EXIT signs, emergency lights, downlights, and indoor/outdoor wall lights – to three upcoming luxury condo projects by Forte Development.

Not your typical multifamily project, the upcoming Forté Luxe is situated on a peninsula across the Intracoastal Waterway from Jupiter Island. In addition to sweeping water views, each of the 17 multi-level residences will boast expansive living spaces (8,508 total square feet; 5,074 A/C square feet), and private boat slips for vessels up to 60 feet. The voluminous ceiling, especially in the great room, is one reason why having a smart lighting system that can be essentially clicked into place has appeal for developers and contractors.

Plans for the Forté Sands, a 94-unit luxury condo project on Clearwater Beach, call for an interior environment that “raises the bar for coastal living, but also becomes an iconic symbol of refinement and exclusivity.”

Marius Fortelni CEO and founder of Forte Development said, “We are excited to develop our ultra-high-end luxury upcoming projects utilizing SKYX’s game-changing advanced, smart, and safe plug & play technologies. I strongly believe that SKYX’s disruptive ceiling platform technologies will become the standard for new construction as they provide smart capabilities, safety and time savings, while adding significant value to our homes and buildings.”

Rani Kohen, founder and executive chairman, of SKYX Platforms, added, “We are excited to work with a high-end condo developer such as Forte Development. We look forward to continuing to demonstrate our advanced smart platform technology’s ability to make homes and buildings smart and safe instantly, while significantly advancing buildings and saving time and cost to developers.”
