Hubbardton Forge Makes Staff Changes

Domestic manufacturer Hubbardton Forge has announced recent staff hires and promotions in key roles within the company.

“To support our continued growth and expansion, we have made some key hires and promoted several people into critical roles. We know these investments will make us a stronger company, more able to support and service our customers. I couldn’t be more confident in our team, and I know we are poised to accomplish great things together,” said Maria Mullen, CEO.

Eric Hannon joins the company as VP/Information Technology, bringing extensive industry experience, including 10 years at RAB Lighting.

Margaret Dugan has been promoted to VP/Human Resources after serving as HR Director for the past 12 years. She and her team helped the company move to a hybrid working solution, implemented a second shift and kept Hubbardton Forge on-track through record sales and record labor shortages.

Nate Carr, who began his career at the company 15 years ago, most recently as Sr. Business Analyst,

assumes a new senior leadership team role as Chief of Staff, reporting directly to the CEO.

Hal Brown, one of the longest-serving employees, has been promoted to Engineering Manager, where he will oversee both the New Product and the Custom engineers. He brings 30 years of experience and expertise in engineering, customs, design, and supply chain to the company’s Design & Engineering group.

Maggie Brown, an 18-year veteran of the company, has been promoted to Senior Project Manager. In this role, she will help to successfully launch new initiatives and improve existing processes to grow and strengthen business.

Max Pfiffner joins the company as Visual Merchandiser, bringing 20+ years of industry experience. He will be based in Dallas, where the company maintains a 6,500-sq.-ft. showroom at the Dallas Market Center, in addition to showrooms at the International Home Furnishings Center in High Point, NC, and the World Market Center Las Vegas.
