Gaggione’s HADAR Platform Simplifies Advanced Beam Control

Gaggione HADAR optics family

The new HADAR product line from Gaggione, a modular architectural optics platform, is designed to give luminaire manufacturers and lighting designers a more adaptable, future‑ready approach to beam control. HADAR separates the optical system into a high‑performance primary optic and compact interchangeable secondary optics called Windows that allows fast, clean beam changes on site while reducing inventory complexity and supporting more versatile luminaire development.

The HADAR platform spans three diameters – 35 mm, 50 mm and 70 mm – covering compact to midsize COB‑based luminaires. Each size supports fixed beams, wall washer options, zoom versions and Gaggione’s patented GALAXY RGBW color‑mixing base. This combination gives designers a flexible toolset for retail, hospitality, museum, gallery and architectural environments where beam quality and visual comfort are critical.

With extremely low surface brightness, diamond‑turned optical surfaces and compatibility with major connector systems, HADAR supports both performance and manufacturability. The platform also introduces sustainability benefits through reduced material use, fewer bulky optical parts and the option of recycled PMMA in selected lenses.
