Webinar Details New CRM Tool for Lighting Agents

A free three-part webinar series highlighting Baucore Inbox addresses the administrative bottleneck consuming lighting rep agencies’ sales teams and proposes a solution.

San Francisco-based Baucore – a Salesforce-native, project-driven CRM built for building materials manufacturers, distributors, and rep agencies – will host a three-part webinar series “Baucore for Agencies” for lighting rep agencies that details its Baucore Inbox product. The series is free and runs October 8 through November 5, 2026.

According to Baucore, the series addresses a problem lighting agencies face consistently: incoming quote requests, revisions, and vendor questions arrive by email and stay there until someone manually re-enters them into a CRM or spreadsheet.

Baucore Inbox – the company’s AI email-to-quote agent – reads incoming messages and their attachments, matches them to the correct project and stakeholders, and stages a quote-ready record with the source evidence attached, so sales teams review and confirm instead of re-typing.

“Most of an agency’s day still starts as an email that has to become structured work by hand,” said Donny Santoso, CEO and founder of Baucore. “We built Baucore Inbox because that translation step – not the quoting itself – is what’s actually eating agencies’ time. The webinar series walks through what changes when it’s automated.”

Webinar Schedule

Oct 8 — “Your Inbox Is Running Your Agency” — How lighting agencies turn incoming emails and attachments into organized, quote-ready and customer-service work, without adding administrative headcount at the same rate.

Oct 22 — “Where Projects Are Won” — Turning field intelligence, specification activity, and relationships into project advantage before a formal RFQ arrives.

Nov 5 — “One Project, From First Conversation to Final Commission” — What changes when sales, inbox, quoting, orders, customer service, and commissions all operate around one underlying project record.

All sessions are free and open to lighting rep agencies. You can register for free here
