Cooper Lighting Solutions Completes Acquisition of Nemalux

Peachtree City, Georgia-based Signify has announced the completion of its acquisition of Nemalux, a market-leading manufacturer of industrial lighting solutions focused on hazardous location fixtures. Nemalux joins the Cooper Lighting Solutions business, while maintaining its established manufacturing base and headquarters in Canada.

Founded in Calgary in 2003, Nemalux has built a portfolio of high-specification LED lighting solutions certified for use in some of the most demanding industrial applications, including oil and gas, chemical processing, manufacturing, and other harsh environments. Through expert design, customization, and application services, Nemalux helps customers solve complex industrial lighting challenges while improving safety and operational performance. This acquisition enhances Cooper Lighting Solutions’ industrial lighting portfolio, enabling it to better serve customers with comprehensive solutions in these important industries.
