Access Lighting Appoints New National Sales Manager

California-based lighting manufacturer Access Lighting has announced the appointment of Diane Teeters as National Sales Manager. In her new role, Teeters will be responsible for driving Access Lighting’s omni-channel sales initiatives.

With more than 40 years of experience in sales and customer service management – including 11 years in the lighting industry – Teeters is skilled in building and managing strong relationships with agents, distributors, showrooms, dealers, and end-users. While managing 65+ rep groups across the U.S. and Puerto Rico, she successfully created tailored programs and packages that enabled these groups to increase sales and enter new vertical markets. Her diverse experience also includes serving as a National Sales Manager, rep/rep principal for her own agency, and owning a retail store.

“We’re excited to have Diane join us as our new National Sales Manager. Diane’s strong leadership and proven track record in sales will be instrumental in driving our growth and enhancing the service we provide to customers nationwide,” states Janine Segal, Access Lighting’s CEO.

Teeter has traveled extensively across the U.S., providing in-depth training on product offering and

manufacturing capabilities. She effectively collaborates with showrooms and distribution networks to build strategic partnerships and drive business growth.

“Diane’s extensive lighting industry experience will strengthen key partnerships across our commercial and residential sales channels, driving growth and collaboration,” Segal adds. Teeter is based in Texas.
