Regency Lighting Acquires AllSale Electric

Chatsworth, Calif.-based Regency Lighting (now rebranded as Regency Supply) has acquired AllSale Electric – the largest wholesale electrical distributor in the San Fernando Valley – in a strategic move to grow the company and expand the product line.

A statement from Regency Lighting read, “As the lighting world has grown more complex, we have taken on the challenge to ‘be remarkable by making lighting easy.’  One way for us to make lighting, and business in general, easier for our clients is by extending our product and selling capabilities across the overall electrical and lighting supply chain. In becoming a one-stop-shop, we can bring unparalleled service, expertise, and integrity to our clients, and we can grow into new opportunities.”

The addition of electrical parts, materials, and gear to Regency’s lighting services will lead to new opportunities in Regency’s new construction and retrofits offerings.

Regency Lighting currently has nine warehouses: Los Angeles, Denver, San Francisco, Seattle, Atlanta, Orlando, Dallas, New Jersey, and Amsterdam. Its range of lighting services includes lamp replacement (MRO), new construction services, design services, turnkey retrofits, plus maintenance and recycling Services.
