NEMA Appoints Alex Baker as Director/Regulatory Affairs

Lighting industry veteran Alex Baker, MSc, LC, IES, is now Director/Regulatory Affairs for the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA).

Baker has a long history in government regulation, having served as the ENERGY STAR Lighting Program Manager for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and as Manager/Government Affairs and Public Policy Manager of Government Affairs & Public Policy for the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES), as well as handling standards and regulations for several manufacturers.
