Hossley Lighting Opens New Warehouse With Enhanced Capabilities

Dallas-based Hossley Lighting and Power Solutions (HLPS) has opened a new 42,000-sq.-ft. facility in Coppell, Texas. Situated in the Coppell Business Center II, the combined warehouse and office space is strategically located just north of the Dallas-Fort Worth airport and will serve the North DFW submarket and beyond.

Currently stocking SKUs from manufacturers including Superflex, FSC Lighting, and Portor Lighting, the facility will continue to expand its product offerings from more brands in the coming months. The warehouse operation features one oversized ramp, three dock high doors, 15 trailer parking spots, and immediate access to I-635 via Belt Line Road. This inventory expansion facility enables HLPS to assist contractors and distributors in fulfilling customer orders even faster than before. With Will Call hours for all currently stocked products and shipping to all HLPS territories, the operation is poised to build on the standard of excellence in customer service and product fulfillment.

Al Near, Managing Principal & CEO, along with Don Henderson, Principal, CFO & President, are pleased to welcome an experienced team of warehouse professionals managing this new facility:

• Bryan Reay, Warehouse Manager, brings more than 28 years of varied experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, logistics, and warehouse management. With a strong focus on delivering results, Reay is dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service possible and ensuring accurate, damage-free, and on-time deliveries of all orders.

• Partnering with Reay is new Warehouse Administrator, Valerie De Leon. Born and raised in Dallas, De Leon has worked in the telecommunication tech industry for years. While both Reay and De Leon are new to the lighting industry, the combined knowledge they bring to HLPS will be constructive in establishing practical strategies and smooth operations.

• In addition, Warehouse Coordinator Darby Mullins is fast becoming a linchpin in this new venue. With four years of relevant experience, Mullins made a noteworthy debut in this type of role by organizing a medical warehouse during the onset of the COVID-19 shutdown. His critical thinking skills have made him an invaluable addition to the team.
