Solais Adds Jordan Mills to Leadership Team
Mills brings nearly two decades of experience across lighting and controls, sales, customer support, operations, and technical service.
Frisco, Texas-based Solais Lighting has appointed Jordan Mills as Director of Commercial Inside Sales, adding dedicated leadership to a growing area of the company’s commercial organization.
In his new role, Mills will focus on strengthening the support structure behind Solais’ sales efforts, working closely with representatives, customers, and internal teams to improve communication, responsiveness, and access to the information needed throughout the sales process.
“Jordan is joining us at an important point in our growth,” said Al Near, Chief Commercial Officer. “As our product offering and customer base continue to expand, we want to make sure the support behind them grows with us. Jordan brings the experience and perspective to help us strengthen that structure and make it even easier to do business with Solais.”
Mills brings nearly two decades of experience across lighting and controls, sales, customer support, operations, and technical service. That broad background gives him a practical understanding of the many touchpoints that shape the commercial sales experience.
A key focus of his role will be creating a more connected experience from initial inquiries and product questions through quoting, coordination, and ongoing account support.
“I’ve worked with many of the rep agencies Solais partners with today, and I also had the chance to work with Solais in my previous role,” said Mills. “I’m coming in with a good understanding of both the relationships and the business, and I’m looking forward to building on that knowledge, finding new ways to support our reps and customers, and continuing to grow alongside Solais.”
