Creative Designs in Lighting Names New Director
Rachel Gibney has been appointed Director of Design & Development, Commercial Markets for architectural firm Creative Designs in Lighting.
Scottsdale, Arizona-based Creative Designs in Lighting (CDL) has named Rachel Gibney as its Director of Design & Development, Commercial Markets. In this role, she will lead the company’s commercial design vision, oversee creative strategy, and manage the design team to deliver innovative lighting solutions for clients across commercial, hospitality, corporate, and specialized markets.
Gibney brings extensive experience in lighting design, creative leadership, and project management to CDL. Most recently serving as Managing Principal of the Phoenix Studio at Available Light, she has built a reputation for delivering exceptional design outcomes, leading high-performing teams, and driving studio innovation. With a deep understanding of both creative excellence and operational efficiency, Gibney is positioned to elevate CDL’s commercial design capabilities and expand the company’s market presence.
