MaxLite Appoints Jason Samuelian to Two Key Positions

New Jersey-based MaxLite has appointed Jason Samuelian as Vice President of Sales – C&I West Region, plus Managing Director of EV Solutions.

He brings nearly 15 years of experience across the lighting, electrical, and ESCO industries, most recently serving as Senior VP/ Sales & Marketing at ESPEN Technology, where he led national initiatives across lighting and EV segments, driving growth and expanding market reach through strategic partnerships.

A proven sales and operations leader, Samuelian is recognized for his practical, results-driven approach to solving complex challenges, improving processes, and delivering consistent outcomes. His experience spans project management, technical sales, and customer-focused solution development across the commercial and industrial landscape.

“Jason’s leadership, industry expertise, and ability to drive meaningful results make him an outstanding addition to MaxLite,” said Dwight Kitchen, Chief Revenue Officer. “As we continue to invest in our C&I market segment and EV Solutions business, Jason will play a key role in accelerating our growth plans and strengthening our position in the market.”

In his new role, Jason will lead MaxLite’s Commercial & Industrial sales efforts across the West Region and oversee the continued expansion of the company’s EV Solutions business nationwide.
