Lights Fantastic + Saylite Inventories Up for Auction

Texas-based commercial lighting manufacturer Saylite ceased operations two months ago and now the showroom inventory of its Lights Fantastic and Lights Fantastic Pro division, as well as the machinery and inventory from the lighting manufacturer itself will be for sale via two separate auctions.

Gordon Brothers, in partnership with Investment Recovery Services, is offering for sale by auction the showroom inventory of Lights Fantastic and Lights Fantastic Pro, a division of Saylite, on November 14.

Buyers will be able to bid on a wide variety of high-quality lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, sculptures, artwork, and more from the Austin, Lewisville, and Dallas, Texas showrooms, which are all available for immediate purchase. Interested buyers can place a bulk bid for the entire inventory at each showroom location.

Next month, Gordon Brothers, in partnership with Investment Recovery Services, is offering for sale by auction all machinery and inventory from the lighting manufacturer Saylite on December 10.

The Saylite auction will feature a large quantity of finished goods, including boxed ceiling fans and lighting from the Company’s Light Fantastic Pro Builders division.

In addition, Saylite has invested significantly in manufacturing automation, and buyers will be able to bid on the manufacturing equipment, including a 2017 Amada laser cutting system, late-model electric and hydraulic brakes, CNC turret punches, air compressors, spot welders, robotic welding cells, assembly equipment and warehouse racking.

This auction will also include the intellectual property of Saylite, including:

• P21 inventory management database

• Customer and vendor lists and data

• Designs and schematics with safety specification sheets

• Proprietary software

• Domain names and websites

• Trademarks

Inspections are available on December 9
