RetroLux, a leading digital retrofit company for smart and sustainable buildings and UtilityGenius, a North American-focused incentive tracking company, are joining forces to bring UtilityGenius’ best-in-class quick search utility rebate database into the Retrolux software platform where it will be available to its ESCO and retrofit contractor customers using the Retrolux software.

“UtilityGenius is the nation’s premier utility rebate tracking platform, continually seeking to digitize the incentive experience,” said Leif Elgethun, CEO of Retrolux. “This partnership will allow all users to cut their rebate research time by more than half and become quickly aware of the availability of rebates for over 3000 utilities/munis and coops across all of North America. It is our goal to make finding rebate availability simple and easy, and precise.”

“Retrolux continues to set the bar for robust, digital, ESCO and contractor tools for smart and sustainable building modernization,” said Jason Brown, VP/Customer Ops at UtilityGenius. “This partnership will make it even easier to develop, design, and deploy cutting edge clean energy building retrofits that qualify for utility rebates.”

The UtilityGenius integration into the Retrolux platform will launch in late July with lighting, horticulture, fans, VFDs, controls and HVAC, with new technologies being added on a regular basis.
