MaxLite Adds to Inside Sales Team

New Jersey-based MaxLite has made two additions to its Inside Sales team. Matthew Shearn has joined the company as Director/Sales Operations & Inside Sales. He will be leading the newly formed Inside Sales Division and brings over 15 years of experience in sales and customer service to this role, with the last six years spent in the lighting industry. Shearn has a proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams and collaborating across product development, marketing, and controls, leveraging his technical and sales background.

Also joining this new team is KC Colaku as an Inside Sales Account Manager. He brings nine years of experience from Mellanni Fine Linens, where he advanced from the company’s first in-house customer service representative to Dropship, Returns, and QC Manager. Colaku has managed wholesale and customer accounts, coordinated warehouse operations, and streamlined workflows, earning a reputation as a dependable problem-solver.
