This is the eighth year in a row that the company has been singled out for this distinction.

Michigan-based furniture and lighting manufacturer Landscape Forms has announced that the company has again earned a Great Place to Work® Certification™ for the eighth year in a row.

Great Place to Work® Certification™ is recognized globally as the benchmark for identifying and celebrating outstanding employee experiences. It is awarded based on direct feedback from employees about their workplace environment, culture, and overall satisfaction.

“Earning the Great Place to Work Certification is a meaningful achievement for Landscape Forms and a reflection of what matters most to us, our people and our shared culture,” says Landscape Forms CEO David Jackson. “At Landscape Forms, we are proud to cultivate a workplace where team members feel supported, respected, and empowered to do their best work. This recognition reinforces our commitment to building an inclusive, high-performing culture and continually investing in our people to support long-term success.”

According to the company, the recognition reflects its intentional focus on fostering employee engagement, professional growth, and a strong sense of community across the organization. Ongoing investments in development programs, inclusive leadership practices, and a collaborative work environment are some of the ways that Landscape Forms aims to ensure employees are equipped with resources and opportunities needed to succeed.

Natalie Jackson, Landscape Forms Vice President of People, adds, “The strength of our culture can be seen every day in how our teams support one another, collaborate, and bring intention to their work. Having those experiences recognized by Great Place to Work year after year is incredibly meaningful. It highlights how the care, intention, and energy our people bring to this organization continue to shape Landscape Forms as a place where people feel a true sense of belonging and can grow and thrive together.”
