This strategic move expands DALS’ presence in the hospitality space across North America and enhances its ability to serve hotel brands and commercial projects with high-quality lighting solutions.

“We are thrilled to welcome Remington Lighting to the DALS family,” said Joey Khatri, CEO of DALS Lighting. “Remington has built an outstanding reputation in the hospitality industry, and this acquisition allows us to combine our expertise to deliver even greater value to our customers. Together, we will continue to innovate and expand our reach in the hospitality lighting space.”

Doug Scott, President of Remington Lighting, added, “Partnering with DALS is an exciting and intentional progression for Remington, our clients and our team. DALS brings great depth of experience and resources in LED technology that will enhance our future offerings, through the trusted Remington team of hospitality lighting experts. We remain committed to delivering the service and quality our clients rely upon; becoming part of DALS only strengthens those capabilities. We look forward to the opportunities this strategic step forward brings to our clients and  team.”
