Casambi Partners With Thea Enterprises to Strengthen Wireless Lighting Controls in New York City Area

Casambi Thea 800

Finland-based wireless lighting controls company Casambi has announced a new partnership with Thea Enterprises, a lighting agency in the New York metro area.

This partnership combines Casambi’s LightingOS™ with Thea’s expertise and network in commissioning, and local project delivery. Casambi noted that Thea’s strength is in providing full support to contractors and specifiers on the ground, while Casambi provides the technology and product ecosystem. Together, the two companies will bring smart and more flexible lighting control solutions to one of the most demanding markets.

“New York projects need more than hardware and services,” said Peter Augusta, General Manager of the Americas. “They need a world class solution provider who will see the project through to completion. Thea has that track record and reputation.”

Casambi’s open ecosystem of more than 200 partners and thousands of interoperable products is widely adopted globally including Europe, North America, and Asia. Thea will provide designers, contractors, and building owners in the New York City area with new options for wireless, wired and DALI lighting controls that are simple to design, quick to install, and reliable in operation.

“Casambi’s technology aligns perfectly with our belief that innovation should make projects easier, not harder.” said Cathy Lambe/EVP. “Together, we’re empowering our partners to deliver lighting that is both intelligent and effortless.”
