Adjacent to the hotel, The Residences at Ritz-Carlton brings the brand’s world-renowned service to a distinguished residential community. Residents experience luxury within the comfort of their private homes, with access to exclusive amenities such as a cinema, gaming room, indoor pool and fitness center, and beauty salon.

The twin towers’ design seamlessly merges the modern elegance of cosmopolitan Amman with elements of Jordanian culture and design, creating a breathtaking addition to the city’s skyline and offering spectacular scenic views of Amman.

The lighting design, crafted to enhance the sophisticated interiors, features sleek and sophisticated luminaires by Lucent Lighting, specified by lighting designers MBLD. A variety of fixtures, including downlights, inground lights, and wall lights, illuminate guest rooms, public spaces, and dining areas.

Dining areas are set aglow with warm lighting to create an intimate atmosphere, complementing the city lights. The darker wooden décor and plush seating in meeting and lounge rooms are layered with sophisticated lighting, while the bar shines with a golden backlight, showcasing the dazzling display of bottles.

In The Residences, Lucent MiniTRIM downlights enhance the elegance and opulence of these premium homes. Thoughtful lighting design accentuates colors and textures, spotlighting patterned tiles and enriching the plush materials of the décor.

Lucent Lighting’s range of luminaires perfectly complemented our lighting design, illuminating the extravagant interiors of the hotel and Residences. Each luminaire blended seamlessly into the overall design, meeting the distinct atmosphere and requirements of each space. The premium lighting solutions perfectly matched the aesthetic of this prestigious project, enhancing the guest experience and providing the quality expected by the Ritz-Carlton.
