Sonepar Appoints Kent Chadwick as Codale President

Salt Lake City-based Codale, a Sonepar company, has appointed Kent Chadwick as President, effective immediately. Chadwick has four decades of experience in the industry and most recently held the position of Senior VP/Customer Experience at the firm.

“Kent demonstrates a deep commitment to the legacy of brand Codale has built over the past 50 years. He has contributed to its growth for 40 of those years and is passionate about Codale’s values and the many dedicated associates who work tirelessly each day to deliver exceptional customer experiences,” noted Rob Taylor, President of Sonepar Americas.

Added Chadwick of his new position, “It is a privilege to help lead the outstanding team at Codale, many of whom have supported me in previous roles. I am grateful for the mentorship and opportunities that have shaped my journey and enabled me to serve this remarkable company and its associates.”

Chadwick began his career at Codale as a delivery driver in 1985. Over the years, he has held various roles including Counter Sales, Inside Sales, Procurement, Account Manager, Branch Manager, VP/Sales, and VP/Operations. He will work closely with Codale’s leaders and associates to ensure continued growth and quality customer service.
