Bell & McCoy Expands Presence in Tennessee
Factory Sales Agency (FSA) is now Bell & McCoy Lighting and Controls Tennessee.
Nashville-based Factory Sales Agency (FSA) – which serves the Nashville, Knoxville and Chattanooga areas – has been acquired by Texas-based Bell & McCoy Lighting and Controls and has been rebranded.
According to an announcement by Bell & McCoy, “The acquisition represents another step in Bell & McCoy’s continued growth and commitment to strengthening its presence throughout the Southeast.”
As a result of the acquisition, FSA will now go by the name Bell & McCoy Lighting and Controls of Tennessee.
A press release issued by Bell & McCoy read, “By combining Factory Sales Agency’s knowledge of the Nashville market with Bell & McCoy’s broader sales, specification, product support, and lighting controls capabilities, the organization will be positioned to provide even greater support to manufacturers, distributors, contractors, designers, engineers and other customers throughout Tennessee. …Factory Sales Agency’s established relationships and local market knowledge will remain an important part of the business moving forward.”
Added Brent Hester and Jon Miller of FSA, “For 72 years, FSA Lighting has been built on strong relationships, loyal customers, and the dedication of our employees, many of whom have spent decades as part of the FSA family. Joining Bell & McCoy marks an exciting new chapter, giving our team access to expanded resources and a broader footprint while preserving the values that have defined FSA for generations.”
The transition went into effect on August 31.
