The deadline for submitting presentations is September 15.

The organizers of LEDucation 2027 are looking for lighting professionals, designers, architects, engineers, and industry partners to share innovative ideas, inspire meaningful conversations, and equip attendees with practical knowledge they can apply immediately.

Presentations on the following topics will take priority:

• Sustainability and material transparency

• Codes and compliance issues

• Lighting for health and well-being

• Lighting design tools, communication, metrics, and methodologies

• The business of lighting in various market sectors

• Emerging LED, OLED, and controls technologies

• Case studies of lighting design applications

•  Lighting design and specification topics

Prospective presenters are encouraged to review presentations from previous conferences to better understand the scope, format, and caliber of educational content featured at LEDucation. Explore Conference archives here.

The 2027 LEDucation Conference takes place over 3 days – April 13, 14 & 15 – at the New York Hilton Midtown in New York City. Virtual sessions will be held the week prior to the in-person event April 8 & 9.

LEDucation provides insightful presentations, panel discussions, practical case studies, and addresses topics exploring emerging issues. The Conference will highlight the latest technologies, regulatory updates, essential issues, and lighting trends. Sessions are AIA CES–approved with many carrying AIA HSW approval as well.
