Georgia-based Halco Lighting Technologies has announced a strategic partnership with mwConnect, a leader in advanced networked lighting controls, to bring the TruBlu™ controls platform to Halco’s customers. The collaboration will reportedly strengthen Halco’s ability to deliver scalable, intelligent lighting control solutions that meet the evolving needs of commercial, industrial, and multi-site environments.

Through this partnership, Halco expands its controls offering with a Bluetooth-based platform that complements its growing portfolio of control-ready luminaires and lamps. By integrating mwConnect’s TruBlu™ technology, Halco will deliver a simplified path to connected lighting — unlocking energy savings, operational flexibility, and future-ready performance without added complexity.

TruBlu™ Controls Key Benefits include:

•Bluetooth Mesh Technology for secure, scalable wireless control

•Energy savings through zoning, grouping, scheduling, occupancy sensing, and daylight response

•Simple commissioning via intuitive mobile app setup

•Scalable architecture designed to grow with facility needs over time

Halco’s independent sales agent and distributor partner network will play a key role in supporting customers as they adopt TruBlu™-enabled solutions. This will provide local expertise, specification support, and ease of deployment across a wide range of applications.

“This partnership allows us to confidently expand our controls offering with a solution that is proven, flexible, and easy for customers to adopt,” said Nathan McLeod, Chief Strategy Officer at Halco Lighting Technologies. “TruBlu™ supports today’s demand for smarter lighting while creating a strong foundation for future innovation across our product portfolio.”
