Explosion-Proof LED Lighting Fixture from Beghelli Designed for Hazardous Locations

Beghelli HDZE Series

The HDZE Series from Beghelli is a compact, rugged emergency lighting solution engineered to meet the toughest safety standards for hazardous locations. Built for Class I Div 1 hazardous locations, it combines high-performance LED technology with a durable, die-cast aluminum housing to deliver dependable illumination during power outages.

With 738 total lumens and adjustable lamp heads, the HDZE ensures visibility in areas where flammable vapors, dust, or high ambient temperatures are present. It meets the strict requirements of UL844 and UL924 and is rated for use in:

  • Class I, Division 1, Groups C, D
  • Class I, Division 2, Groups A, B, C, D
  • Class II, Division 1, Groups E, F, G
  • Class II, Division 2, Groups F, G
  • Class III

Features

  • Up to 40 ft on-center spacing
  • Two 2.5W LED lamp heads with 180° rotation
  • IK10 die-cast aluminum housing with stainless steel hardware
  • NEMA 4X and IP66 rated for protection against dust and water
  • Discharging: –20°C to 60°C, Charging:  0°C to 45°C
  • Lithium ion battery with 3-hour emergency illumination
