Industrial Occupancy Sensor from SensorSwitch Installs in Seconds

SensorSwitch TLS Switch

SensorSwitch™, part of Acuity Brands, has launched an occupancy sensor with daylight dimming designed for industrial spaces such as warehouses and manufacturing facilities. The TLS Twist-to-Lock Sensor is available as field-installable or embedded within the Lithonia Lighting® REBL Round High Bay and Compact Pro™ High Bay luminaires. The pre-wired TLS sensor has a tool-less, twist-to-lock design that helps contractors save time and reduce complexity on the job site.

The TLS sensor arrives pre-configured out-of-the-box and can be customized using the IWP Infrared Wireless Programmer. The Passive Powerless Programming (PPP) technology in the programmer allows sensor settings to be updated while still in the box, powered or unpowered, eliminating the need for a lift.

Built to perform in tough environments, the TLS sensor is IP66-rated for protection against dust and water. The product is also available through the Acuity Brands Contractor Select™ program.

“The TLS Twist-to-Lock Sensor is a game changer for contractors,” said Dennis Hoskins, Director of Product Management, SensorSwitch. “It installs in seconds and configures just as quickly.”
