Light Efficient Design Expands Temporary Work Site Lights

Light Efficient Design Temporary Work Lights

Light Efficient Design (LEDucation 2025 booth 3006) has expanded its offering of Temporary Work Site Lights. These robust and efficient lights are designed to provide reliable illumination for construction sites, maintenance areas, data centers, and other facilities requiring temporary work .

The new series features models in 60W and 100W configurations, replacing up to 400W HID fixtures, and offering significant energy savings. The 60W model (LED-9006-50K) and the 100W models (LED-9010-50K & LED-9011-50K-G2) are designed to provide high efficiency and versatility.

The temporary lights provide high-quality light, with the 60W model delivering 6,600 lumens and the 100W models delivering 11,000 lumens at 5000K with a CRI of 80+. The lights have a rated L70 lifespan of 50,000 hours and are suitable for use in a wide range of temperatures, from -40°F to 122°F. Additionally, they are designed to withstand challenging job site conditions.

These temporary work site lights offer a daisy-chain capability, allowing users to connect multiple lights together. Up to 10 lights can be daisy-chained for the LED-9006-50K and LED-9011-50K-G2 models, and up to 6 lights for the LED-9010-50K model, reducing the need for multiple power sources. The integrated power cord eliminates the need for extra extension cords; the 60W model features a 20’ power cord, while the 100W models have a 35’ 14/3 AWG SJTW power cord. A metal cord retainer ensures lights stay plugged in when daisy-chained.

The lights feature an integrated carry handle/hanging hook with a spring-loaded lever for quick and secure hanging.
