Eureka Expands Segment Family with New Lengths, Geometric Forms

Eureka Lighting's Segment luminaires from Acuity Brands

Eureka, an Acuity Brands brand, has expanded its Segment luminaire family to make the line more adaptable for projects that need visual rhythm, sculptural impact or compact proportions without compromising performance.

Segment, previously available in four‑, six‑ and eight‑foot linear runs, now scales down to a two‑foot option suited for tighter spaces, lower ceilings and clustered compositions. New geometric configurations – square, rectangular and hexagonal – range from two to eight feet per side, enabling designers to build bold graphic installations or subtle architectural accents. Each form maintains the family’s minimalist profile and seamless, uniform illumination.

The expanded family supports direct or direct/indirect distributions, with regular or high‑output performance to meet varied application needs. A U‑shaped diffuser adds depth and visual comfort, with two aesthetic choices: a frosted diffuser for a softer, traditional appearance or a prismatic diffuser for added sparkle and definition.

With 16 standard colors and compatibility with Eureka’s Junction companion luminaire, Segment helps teams maintain cohesive lighting schemes across corporate, hospitality and public environments.
