Casambi Upgrades Lighting Control System, Rolls Out Salvador Series 2000
Casambi has launched the Salvador Series 2000, the next generation of advanced lighting control systems. Building on the foundation of the popular Salvador Series 1000, the 2000 delivers cutting-edge functionality and versatility, allowing seamless integration of wired DALI drivers into Casambi’s wireless ecosystem. When integrated, DALI luminaires appear as luminaires in the Casambi network. Notably, this product supports industry standards such as DALI D4i, DALI DT6, and DALI DT8.
Designed to optimize both wired and wireless lighting networks, the Salvador Series 2000 brings unparalleled flexibility to a range of applications, from heritage refurbishments to modern office upgrades. This series enables DALI luminaires to operate as virtual devices within the Casambi network, giving users full control through the intuitive Casambi app.
The Salvador Series 2000 allows the addressing, programming and control of wired DALI drivers individually from the Casambi App. It enables the creation of hybrid networks consisting of both Casambi Ready and DALI devices. All DALI drivers connected to a Salvador can be easily programmed and controlled in the same way as Casambi Ready devices via the Casambi App. This eliminates the need for a specific DALI controller, complex DALI configuration software, or a DALI specialist.
Shipments for the Salvador Series 2000 will begin at the end of November 2024, with orders now being accepted.
