ABB Emergi-Lite Offers Customization with IP65 Linear LED Fixture

ABB Emergi-lite IPE-LEDNU Series linear LED fixtures

The new IPE-LEDNU Series IP65 Linear LED Fixture from ABB Emergi-Lite is a slim and compact product that offers both customizable lumen output and color temperature to suit the needs of the site where it will be installed. Designed to resist moisture and vandalism, the light meets the requirement for wet and damp locations such as indoor pools or underground parking lots where moisture is present.

All Options on One Model

In darker locations or where switches are more difficult to access, the motion sensor option becomes a convenient choice. Added on to the standard unit, this option will turn the fixture on as soon as it detects movement between four to ten meters away from the fixture (for ceiling mounts).

Adding the emergency LED driver option to the same base model turns it into a convenient product that provides both regular and emergency lighting. In the event of a power failure, the driver will automatically go into backup mode and the LED strip will remain on for a minimum of 30 minutes.

The luminaire operates at 120-277 VAC and uses a high efficiency electronic driver. The lens is constructed out of UV-stabilized industrial grade vandal-resistant polycarbonate and the enclosure of thermoplastic. A durable formed gasket is provided between the enclosure and the lens designed specifically for hostile environments. A metal plate is used to retain the reflector and also serves to dissipate heat to lengthen the driver operating life.
