Tony Phillips has been appointed National Sales Manager for the Arizona-based company.
Arizona-based lighting manufacturer Barron Lighting Group has appointed Tony Phillips as National Sales Manager. In this role, he will direct national sales operations, bringing decades of leadership and strategic market development to the organization.
Phillips arrives at Barron with a track record in high-level sales management. He most recently served as VP/Sales for Commercial and Industrial markets at Cree Lighting, where he successfully oversaw channels responsible for a significant portion of company sales goals. His background spans smart city technologies, energy services, and electrical distribution. He has consistently built competitive sales teams, managed multimillion-dollar pipelines, and negotiated critical contracts across complex vertical markets.
In this new position, Phillips will oversee the national sales division and work directly with senior management to execute long-term strategic initiatives. He is tasked with leading the sales team to strengthen strategic partnerships, develop new revenue streams, and maximize return on investment across all active markets.
“Tony brings a rare combination of strategic vision, operational discipline, and relationship-driven leadership that aligns perfectly with our growth objectives,” said Heather McCune, VP/Sales Operations. “His deep industry expertise, customer-first mindset, and proven ability to drive revenue growth make him an outstanding addition to Barron. We are excited to welcome Tony and look forward to the impact he will have on our organization’s continued success.”
