Barron Lighting Group Promotes Anthony Brauer as Director of Operations
Previously serving as Barron’s Sales Operations Manager, Anthony Brauer is now Director of Operations.
Arizona-based lighting manufacturer Barron Lighting Group has appointed Anthony Brauer as Director of Operations.
Most recently Sales Operations Manager, Brauer has fully transitioned into the role of Director of Operations. According to the company, Brauer’s organizational leadership in his previous role made an immediate impact. In this new capacity, he will oversee the company’s production, warehouse, purchasing, planning, and technical support (RMA) departments, driving workflow efficiencies to maximize productivity across the organization.
Working closely with the executive leadership team, Brauer is responsible for shaping long-term operational strategies aligned with company goals. His focus includes driving continuous process improvement, developing staff capabilities, fostering a culture of disciplined execution, and managing plant and warehouse capacity to exceed sales forecasts. He will also lead department supervisors, hourly staff, and operational activities across all U.S. warehouses.
