Liteline SIGMA2 Sets New Standard for Trimless Architectural Lighting

Liteline Sigma 2 trimless lighting

Liteline’s SIGMA2 line builds on the existing SIGMA platform with a deeper focus on ceiling integration, optical control and modularity. The upgrade centers on a redesigned trimless system that shifts the family toward a fully architectural approach. A new push‑in clip mechanism locks the trim directly into the mudding adapter, eliminating the visible trim ring and producing a flush, plaster‑integrated finish.

Across the line, SIGMA2 maintains the regressed aperture that defined the original system, reducing glare and keeping the beam comfortable at eye level. Fixed, adjustable and multioutput configurations share a unified optical structure, allowing multiple fixture types to coexist without disrupting the ceiling aesthetic. The modular approach supports accent, task and general illumination through multiple lumen packages, beam angles and color temperatures.

Optical accessories extend the system’s flexibility. Honeycomb louvers, softening lenses, linear spread films and directional films provide additional control when projects require tighter beam shaping or reduced brightness. This consistency across the family allows SIGMA2 to support varied interior conditions without forcing changes to the broader lighting plan.

Driver compatibility remains broad, supporting TRIAC, ELV, 0-10V, DALI, DMX, emergency backup and Lutron EcoSystem. Input voltage options (120V, 120-277V, 347V) ensure regional compatibility. Remodel, new construction, architectural brackets and Chicago Plenum pathways maintain straightforward installation across ceiling types.
