Want to Know What’s Happening in the Industry?

Pulse Of Lighting 800

While it seems like there’s a lighting industry gathering every month somewhere in the country, you can’t attend all of them. Here’s a quick & easy way to find out what your peers are saying without the headaches of flight delays and hotel cancellations.

How was your spring? USLT sister publication Electical Trends is seeking your input for its 2026 Q2 Pulse of Lighting survey. The eagerly awaited report tabulates the answers and observations of respondents to the survey to provide a gauge of how the past few months have been and where the market might be headed next.

The survey takes only 1to 2 minutes to complete – honest! – and is open to distributors, manufacturers, reps, and lighting agents. What does the survey want to know? Basically,  your impressions of  the market, emerging trends you’ve noticed, and how does your project pipeline look for the next quarter or so.

All input is confidential and is aggregated. In appreciation of each person’s participation, all survey respondents are entitled to a free copy of the report (which non-survey participants pay a fee to download). The report will be available at the end of the month.

According to the founder of Electrical Trends and Channel Marketing Group David Gordon, “Typically, each quarter we receive feedback from about 200 people in the industry, and, over the past 8 years, the aggregate feedback has correlated pretty well to market perception and publicly held manufacturer performance.”

By receiving those survey results – which is essentially data that no one else has – you can evaluate where your company falls in the marketplace and whether your business situation is an outlier or is right in line with your peers.

The survey will close on June 18, so please fill out the quick form by then.
