EarthTronics, dedicated to developing innovative energy-saving lighting products that provide a positive economic and environmental impact, introduces its Wattage Selectable Washdown LED Series with EarthConnect Bluetooth Mesh Control for use in food processing and other clean room applications where washdown and product safety are essential. The new series is NEMA 4X rated and ETL Sanitation listed (conforms to NSF STD.2) for commercial kitchens, freezer and dry storage areas, agricultural and food processing facilities.

Available in 5000k with a high 80 CRI, the new Wattage Selectable Washdown LED Highbay Series enables facilities the flexibility of switching among three wattages 100, 150 and 200 watts delivering 15000, 22500, and 30000 lumens respectively to ensure improved visual acuity for accuracy in labor intensive facility applications. These fixtures deliver exceptional efficiency and operate at 150 lumens per watt.

The Wattage Selectable Washable LED Highbay Series operates on 120/277VAC with 0-10V dimming standard. The LED driver is equipped with 12VDC to power optional sensors and EarthConnect Bluetooth Mesh Controls. EarthConnect utilizes a simple audio jack installation that offers the full benefit of a Network Lighting Control system designed to maximize energy savings.

Designed for long-term performance, the Wattage Selectable Washable LED Highbay Series is IP69K-rated for dust tight design and high-pressure washer washing. The housing is designed to shed water, impacting the fixture either through cleaning methods or the processing environment. The cast aluminum alloy housing is powder coated for durability and corrosion resistance. In addition, the fixtures have stainless-steel hanger hardware and screws with an IK08 polycarbonate lens to ensure impact resistant operation, enabling an exceptional 50,000-hour performance life.

The Wattage Selectable Washdown LED Highbay Series is DLC Premium, UL/CUL listed, and RoHS compliant. The Series is designed to perform in temperatures between -40°C (-40°F) to 45°C (113°F) and comes with a five-year warranty. The fixtures are shipped with a standard 6’ 18/3 SJT whip, 0-10v dimming wires and mounting hooks.
