Spartanburg, S.C.-based Palmetto State Lighting & Designs, LLC, will represent North Carolina and South Carolina independently from the T&T Lighting Group of Tyrone, Georgia beginning September 1.

Since 2018, the two lighting agencies had joined together to cover much of the Southeast including Georgia, North Carolina, Northern Florida, Tennessee, and South Carolina.

Howell Turner, owner and founder of T&T Lighting Group invited Kyra M. Gregory, owner of Palmetto State Lighting and Designs, to join forces to create a mega agency. The endeavor grew into an award-winning independent lighting agency that received top sales and recognitions from multiple leading lighting manufacturers.

Gregory assumed a leadership role within the T&T Lighting Group while enhancing her own agency during those six years.

Turner’s experience in management along with Gregory’s knowledge of the manufacturing industry drove their commitment to provide solutions, knowledge, and customer service skills to create a powerhouse.

As of September 1, the two agencies will continue to thrive individually and will focus on future growth and further commitment to their partners.

“Great relationships with our partners will contribute to a prosperous future,” Gregory said. “Our teams are built on faith, family and a strive to do what we love and enjoy as professionals. Lighting is our passion!”

The Palmetto State Lighting & Designs team will continue their same roles in the Carolinas as T&T Lighting Group will in Georgia, Northern Florida, and Tennessee.

Among the residential and commercial brands represented by Palmetto State Lighting & Designs team are: CWIMaximET2Hanover Lantern as well as Magnitude Lighting and Efficient Lighting.
