Gross Electric Acquires Indiana Lighting Center, Enters Indy Market

Family-owned electrical distributor and lighting showroom business Gross Electric has acquired Indiana Lighting Center, which has two showrooms in Indianapolis.  

“This strategic acquisition strengthens our commitment to offering exceptional lighting solutions and investing in independent lighting showrooms in the Midwest,” said Laurie Gross, president of Gross Electric in a LinkedIn post.  “Indiana Lighting has long been recognized for its design expertise and customer service, and we’re excited to welcome their talented team and valued customers into the Gross Electric family. Together, we’ll continue to provide innovative lighting options, expert guidance, and outstanding service to homeowners, builders, and design professionals.”

Founded in 1910, Gross Electric has grown to include two locations in Ohio and three in Michigan.
