Coastal Source Introduces Design Services to Simplify Specification and Sales Processes

Coastal Source

Coastal Source has introduced a reimagined design services program intended to simplify sales processes, accelerate turnaround times, and help partners close with confidence, backed by the Coastal Source in-house team of expert lighting and outdoor audio designers.

The new program features a streamlined two-tier structure to better support projects of any size and at any stage of the process. With the new program, partners can expect faster turnaround time to maintain momentum, complimentary conceptual lighting and schematic audio diagrams, new tools to guide early budget conversations, as well as premium design with complete technical plans and professional visuals. Design fees will be credited back once the project closes.

“As a design-driven company, we’re thrilled to continue sharing our expertise by offering this service to our partners to help them grow their business confidently,” added Jon Bowman, Coastal Source Vice President of Design and Specification. “We already have licensed architects, landscape architects, lighting designers, and sound engineers that we work with every day. We’re drawing upon the thousands of hours of practical experience of our authorized installers and licensed professional design partners, to help bring more projects to life.”

Interested dealers can get started by completing the Coastal Source Design Services new opportunity form which asks for details of the property being transformed, including planting schedule, power locations, imagery, etc. Timing on each project varies based on the specifics of the requested design and a project coordinator will help determine the turnaround time for each design. Additionally, Coastal Source is now working with local representatives in the market to help coordinate each project and streamline the process.

“Before we do anything, we take the time to view and understand a client’s needs and how they utilize their property,” Bowman explained. “As designers, our intention is always to accent the native charms of a landscape, while understanding the client’s unique desires and preferences for the specific space we’re working in.”

Once the initial form is completed, the Coastal Source design team will take the next steps, including setting up the appropriate calls and meetings to keep the project on track.

Coastal Source is also offering a live walkthrough of the updated process, deliverables, and portal tools – register here for the session on Tuesday, July 15 from 3:00 – 3:45 PM EST.
