Dialight Makes CFO Choice Official

Dialight plc has appointed Clive Jennings as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director as of January 18; he had been serving as interim CFO since May 4, 2021. Clive is an experienced CFO and listed company board director having been CFO at The Rank Group Plc and interim CFO at McBride Plc.

Fariyal Khanbabi, CEO, commented, “We are delighted to announce Clive’s appointment as our Group CFO. His extensive experience across several senior financial and operational roles has already brought significant benefit to the business and we look forward to his drive and contribution going forwards.”
