How Is Q3 Shaping Up for Your Business?
Share your experience through the Q3 Pulse of Lighting survey to find out whether your company is performing like others in the field or if there are potential niches for success worth exploring.
There doesn’t seem to have been a lot of positive financial momentum this year, but we’re hopeful that the latter part of 2026 is proving to be stronger than the first half.
The Pulse of Lighting reports are a helpful tool for sizing up where the opportunities for growth are as well as discovering which areas in the industry are not performing as well.
The Pulse of Lighting reports are free to those who take the survey – which only takes less than 3 minutes to complete – and are provided by Channel Marketing Group with the support of William Blair.
Upon reviewing on the results from the Q2 Pulse of Lighting report, David Gordon of Channel Marketing Group and Electrical Trends, stated, “In our Q2 report, survey respondents noted that the market was down a little. Participants forecasted Q3 being up low to middle single digits driven by backlog fulfillment. There was also some optimism as, on the geopolitical front, there were discussions with Iran and people felt that the economy would improve….But the geopolitical environment has turned. Fuel costs and interest rates are up.”
The Q2 Pulse of Lighting report indicated multifamily, the education sector, healthcare, and data centers all experienced construction activity. Are these areas still good targets for growth?
Gordon added, “How are you seeing the year 2026 ending? Are the areas mentioned in the Q2 Pulse of Lighting report continuing to perform?”
If you fill out the survey by Friday, September 18, you will receive the free industry report at the end of the month. With that data, you can benchmark Q3 against the industry and have some insight into Q4.
