The Finnish smart lighting controls company has named Will Norris as the head of its North American business.

Finland-based smart lighting controls provider Casambi has announced that Will Norris has assumed leadership of Casambi North America.

Effective immediately, Norris will lead Casambi’s adoption across the Americas, supporting the company’s continued growth and strengthening relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Norris brings extensive experience from the lighting and controls industry and a deep understanding of Casambi’s business, technology, and ecosystem. Through his role at VxV Solutions in Toronto, Canada – a long-time sales and service partner – he has worked closely with customers, manufacturers, and industry stakeholders across North America, driving the growth of Casambi in his territory.

“North America is such an important market for Casambi with a lot of untapped potential, and we’re pleased to bring Will into this leadership role. He brings a unique combination of industry experience, entrepreneurial thinking, and a deep understanding of both our technology and our customers. Having worked closely with Casambi and our partners for many years, Will is well positioned to build on the strong foundation already in place and help guide the business into its next phase of growth.”

Noted Kristian Jenkins, Co-CEO of Casambi, “From an engineering standpoint, Casambi represents a fundamental shift to the basis of what we call lighting controls. I’m excited to see how the NAM team can further grow our presence in the Americas and create a thriving and innovative ecosystem of products on our platform.”

Will Norris added, “Casambi would like to thank Peter Augusta for his leadership and contribution to the development of the North American business and wishes him continued success in his future endeavors.”
