Illinois-based lighting manufacturer A.L.P. Lighting has appointed Adam Westmoreland as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In this role, he is responsible for the revenue performance and strategic growth of A.L.P.’s complete portfolio of OEM components, including both its proprietary catalog products and custom-engineered solutions.

Westmoreland brings nearly 20 years of experience in the lighting industry, along with deep technical expertise and an extensive network of industry relationships. He joins A.L.P. from Inventronics, where he served as Strategic Partnership Manager for North America.

Westmoreland also has significant experience in LED optics, having held sales roles at LEDiL, Arrow Electronics, and Revolution Lighting. His background in optical systems, combined with his understanding of molded component design and manufacturing, strengthens A.L.P.’s ability to support OEM customers with advanced technologies, improved manufacturability, and cost-effective performance solutions.

In his new role, he will collaborate with customers on new programs, helping to optimize product design and production efficiency while identifying opportunities for revenue growth. In addition to supporting A.L.P.’s core lighting OEM business, he will help drive business development efforts in technology-driven markets beyond lighting, including automotive, medical, HVAC, data centers, and other demanding applications.

“Adam brings an exceptional combination of technical knowledge, strategic insight, and trusted industry relationships,” said Adam Mayse, President of A.L.P. “His deep experience in optics and OEM engagement aligns with our commitment to innovation and customer partnership. We are confident that his leadership will accelerate our growth and further strengthen the value we deliver to our customers.”
