Keystone Technologies Jelly Jar Simplifies Installs, Reduces Callbacks

Close up of the Vapor Utility Jelly Jar from Keystone Technologies

Keystone Technologies’ Vapor Utility Jelly Jar is built for unpredictable site conditions, legacy wiring, tight mechanical rooms, and the constant pressure to get in, get out, and avoid callbacks. This fixture can take hits, handle moisture, and adapt to whatever is revealed once the cover plate comes off.

The Vapor Utility Jelly Jar pairs a die‑cast aluminum housing with a polycarbonate lens, giving installers a break‑resistant option that stands up to vibration, accidental impacts, and the rough handling that comes with retrofit work. An IP65 rating keeps dust and water out, which is especially useful in older buildings where moisture control is inconsistent or where washdown cycles are part of daily operations.

Keystone’s Power Select (20/15/10W) and Color Select (3000/4000/5000K) features offer a practical advantage on the truck. One SKU covers multiple lumen packages and color temperatures, allowing crews to match existing conditions or adjust output based on the space without needing to carry several versions of the same fixture.

Installation options are designed around real‑world constraints. Five NPT knockouts give electricians multiple conduit entry points, and the fixture’s ±90‑degree adjustability helps align the housing when existing conduit angles or box placements aren’t ideal. The compact profile also makes it a strong fit for utility rooms, mechanical spaces, and back‑of‑house corridors where larger vapor fixtures are unnecessary or physically difficult to install.
