The National Lighting Bureau (NLB) has announced the winners in the 2025 Lighting Transformation Awards, co-sponsored by the National Association of Lighting Maintenance Companies (NALMCO). The winning projects recognize outstanding achievements in lighting retrofit projects that feature innovative solutions with minimal alteration to the existing building structure. The projects illustrate the power of lighting systems and controls to enhance visual performance, promote health and wellness, reduce environmental impact, improve safety and security, and increase overall occupant satisfaction.

The awards ceremony will take place on Wednesday, May 7 at 4 p.m. during Lightfair in Las Vegas at the Designery Stage. The ceremony will be hosted by NLB chairperson Mary Beth Gotti and NLB Executive Director Tom Butters.
