Regulation Readiness – Fluorescent Phase-Out with General Electric

In an effort to regulate consumer products that contain mercury, state governments within the USA have passed legislation that will prohibit the sale and distribution of Linear and Compact Fluorescent lamps.

The effective date of each state regulation is shown in the table below. This table will continue to evolve as new legislation is passed.
