LiteTrace Introduces FlashNet, A Revolutionary Optical Control for Bluetooth Commercial Lighting

FlashNet

LiteTrace has announced the launch of FlashNet, a patent-pending groundbreaking optical signal-based wireless device control technology. FlashNet revolutionizes how users commission, identify, and manage their Bluetooth commercial lights from a distance using innovative light beam signals.

FlashNet enables wireless device control through precision light signals. Users can now interact with their Keilton+autani daylight harvesting sensors from up to 50 feet away, using a specially coded flashing light beam, such as our model FL30, to change light states, reset devices, manage groupings, and set scenes.

How FlashNet Works

  • 1. A light beam, flashing at a specific frequency, is directed at a FlashNet-compatible Keilton+autani daylight harvesting sensor
  • 2. The sensor decodes the light signal
  • 3. Based on the decoded instruction, the sensor and associated lights automatically perform actions such as:
    • Enabling or disabling wireless signals
    • Joining or leaving groups
    • Setting or removing lights from scenes

Benefits

  • Long-range control: Manage lights from up to 50 feet away
  • Simplified commissioning: Easily identify and configure individual lights
  • Enhanced flexibility: Quickly adjust groupings and scenes
  • Non-invasive control: No need for physical access to sensors or fixtures

FlashNet revolutionizes wireless device control by offering an alternative that enhances reliability and eliminates potential radio frequency interference. It’s the ideal solution for managing large-scale commercial lighting systems, providing precision and adaptability.
